The company’s strategic priorities now include the development of a Logistics Control Tower for key customers, a group-wide intelligent transportation platform, a stronger operational presence in China, expanded multimodal capabilities in Türkiye, and further east- and westbound corridor development through Europe.

To turn these priorities into consistent execution, Azurite has expanded its operational structure and customer service with four specialised departments:
• Airfreight
• Key Accounts Management
• Middle Corridor Operations Team across all entities
• Customer Brokerage Team
• Purchasing and Vendor Management

The new structure adds specialized expertise and further optimizes processes, enabling stronger coordination and greater efficiency across the business.
